The MG 244 Mercurius / MG 316 Neptunus models have benefited from significant improvements in the ventilation system and the egg-rotation mechanism, enhancing their performance and making them even more attractive to our customers.
The Astrale Family range, complete with all standard equipment, is a perfect introduction to professional machines. Moreover, thanks to their excellent egg capacity, they offer excellent value for money.
The structure is made of PVC or pre-painted galvanised sheet metal thermal panels, both solutions feature 20 mm polystyrene thermal insulation and exceptional robustness. These material choices ensure durability, full water resistance and performance comparable to professional models.
Fully automatic in egg turning, the MG 244-316 models use the special cellular egg trays made of high-density plastic material typical of our professional incubator range.
The high-precision, automatic egg-rotation system maintains optimal embryo development by avoiding adhesions to the egg shells.
Management of incubation parameters is facilitated by a thermostat LCD EVO PLUS which allows simple and precise regulation of temperature and humidity.
A precision thermometer in degrees °F and a wet bulb hygrometer ensure reliable control of incubation parameters.
Specific ventilation holes with adjustable dampers allow effective air exchange and expulsion of carbon dioxide.
Semi-automatic humidification system provided as standard with a constant level tank, tube and basin, the latter equipped with lids to regulate evaporation.
An automatic humidification system with digital regulation is available on request (optional).
1. Heating resistor humidification system: uses a cartridge heating element for gentle, constant humidification, with digital control via evaporation of heated water.
2. Ultrasonic humidification: an internal ultrasonic system driven by the electronic control unit, which allows automatic humidity control..
EVO PLUS THERMOSTAT
The incubators MG 244 Mercurius - MG 316 Neptunus are equipped with a state-of-the-art thermostat LCD EVO PLUS that allows multiple parameters to be precisely adjusted thanks to a 2.4-inch colour TFT screen.
This system includes :
- Predefined programmes for each poultry species (hen, duck, goose, quail, pheasant, partridge, turkey, guinea fowl) and a customisable 'CUSTOM' programme to adapt parameters to specific needs.
- An incubation calendar and an egg icon signal warn about the start of the hatching phase.
- Accurate temperature and humidity management thanks to a professional self-calibrating sensor with an accuracy of ±0.1°C and ±1.5 % RH.

- Programming of time slots for temperature and egg rotation (up to 4 intervals).
- Acoustic and visual high temperature alarm
Additional Options
- Remote control via smartphone (available soon - optional).
