FIEM is a family business founded in 1975 by Giuliano Maino, a pioneer of incubators in Italy and abroad.
From a young age, Giuliano collaborated with his father in the construction of incubators, showing great dedication from the very beginning.
In 1975, F.I.E.M. was founded. Since then, with almost 50 years of experience, we have been at the forefront of incubation technology, offering a range of incubators, hatchers, intensive care units and accessories for the poultry industry, consistently guaranteeing practicality, reliability and excellent hatch rates with healthy, strong chicks.
