The DIT SPB 08 roller plucker is suitable for chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese and ducks

The roller plucker consists of:
- supporting feet;
- drill locking system with the possibility of inserting a feather bag;
- support grid for comfortable and safe plucking;
- stainless steel plucking roller DIT RU08.

The animals should be immersed in a temperature-controlled bath (max. 60/70°C) so that the feathers are easily released.
Plucking phase: operate the roller using the driving force of a drill or screwdriver (recommended speed 350 - 400 rpm), bring the animal close to the protective grid above the roller, place the animal on it and move it to remove the feathers.

Technical characteristics:
- built and designed entirely in Italy;
- head production 50/80 per hour;
- stainless steel roller, 80 mm diameter with 15 soft caoutchouc fingers;
- protective cover to facilitate feather collection. Complete with drill locking system and possibility of inserting a feather collection bag;
- four support feet;
- driving force: customer's drill;
- easily detachable and stowable system.
