The rotary plucking machine is suitable for pigeons, chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese and ducks, one or more poultry at a time depending on their weight and size. There is an inverter to adjust the speed of the machine according to the size and type of animal to be processed.
Plucking machines are built with specific attention to safety, mechanical reliability and of course plucking quality and speed.
The animals should be immersed in a temperature-controlled bath (max. 60/70°C) so that the feathers are easily released.
Plucking phase: place the animals in the centre of the basket, close the safety lid and operate the start button; in 8/10 seconds the animals will be plucked, stop the machine, open the lid and remove the animals.
