The bleeding system consists of no. 2 medium DIT CNM cones and no. 2 large DIT CNG cones for clamping the birds, a blood collection tank with a central hole and two support feet.
Depending on the size of the animal to be slaughtered, cones of different sizes are possible.
The medium cone is suitable for all animals from 1.5 kg up to 3.5 kg.
The large cone is suitable for animals from 3.5 kg up to 6.5 kg.
The system of bleeding by clamping the animal greatly facilitates and speeds up the slaughtering phase of the animal, also avoiding the breaking of wings.
Blood dripping into the tank can easily be collected in a container intended for this use placed under the drain.
The cones can be easily interchanged.
